Piano Works is a family business, and Sam is currently the manager. He worked in the business since his childhood and was involved with piano repair and restoration. After college, he went back to Piano Works as his career. Sam is primarily interested in how the instruments are engineered and connecting people with an instrument that is right for them. People come to Piano Works for a variety of events, public and private. Sam assists customers choosing their first piano or maybe their dream piano, but works to connect people to a piano that suits their needs. It is evident that Sam enjoys his work, and is always looking at ways to improve his business. Please listen to the full interview, as you will enjoy learning about Piano Works, the store and the people who work there.
