For those of you who know Cary Lewis

Cary is in the hospital recovering from a torn aorta that occurred during his performance last Friday night.


Cary was a resident of Atlanta 1976-the mid 80s before moving to Seattle. he was on faculty at GSU for many years, and performed with the Atlanta Ballet.

Update on Cary: he survived, spent some days in ICU and is now at home recuperating. Miracle man! Quite a dramatic event, we're all glad it didn't turn out to be his final story! It's actually a little more incredible when you consider that his wife, Dorothy, suffered a brain stem aneurysm after playing a gig ...many years ago...and survived. They are blessed!
