I was a class accompanist for the Atlanta Ballet and its subsidiary school The Atlanta School of Ballet for about 6 years. I studied dance as a young girl, so I had some knowledge prior to this, but I learned on the job especially the French terms for movements. I worked with some incredibly talented teachers and dancers as well as children, many of whom went on to become international names in the dance world.
