Online Recital Submission demo

At the virtual musicale on 5/7/2020, I will give a short presentation on submitting a performance for the GMG online recital. Here is an outline:

GMG Online recital submission demonstration

- Background - Pianoworld recitals

- Before you begin - record yourself (this is the hard part!) - You need an audio recording in mp3 format. This can be the audio from a video file, or just an audio recording. - If you make a video (optional), it needs to be on youtube (or some other site). Save the link.

- What you will need to submit a performance - Required - Your name! - Your email address - you will receive a confirmation email - mp3 audio recording - Title of piece - Composer of piece

- Optional (but nice to have)

- Link to a video - Type of instrument used - Your musical experience - Recording method - Source of music - Where you live (not specific - town or neighborhood) - Additional info - here you can provide the comments that you would normally give before performing.

- After you submit you receive a code that you can use to make changes or upload a better recording.
