How to Naturally Lower Your Blood Pressure in Minutes

November 13 turned out to be our lucky day! Our musicale featured two pianist performers, Judy Darst and Michael Brounoff, who played Mendelssohn and Debussy respectively. Both performances were beautiful. The highlight of the hour was Julie Harbin’s presentation of her Introduction to Harps and Therapeutic Music. She began her presentation by playing Debussy’s Arabesque, followed by a fascinating presentation of the history and types of harps. Julie ended the program by stating that music is healing and powerful and then played two pieces that she plays in her music therapy practice. We all left with lowered blood pressure!
