GMG Interview Series-Pamela Martin by Kimber Kwiatkowski

Pam's love for music began in her early years at about age 3. She began her study of piano in a group lesson at age 4 and moved on to individual lessons. Her mother was the primary one who encouraged her and guided her music education. Her grandparents also played an important role as well. Pam's undergraduate and graduate degrees are in piano performance. She loves to play collaboratively with instrumentalists and vocalists. Pam and Kristi Helfen have played piano duets for 8 years, and we have been fortunate to hear these talented ladies at our GMG events. Pam has also been involved in developing educational programs to perform in the schools, elementary and high school. Please check out the interview to learn many more interesting details about Pam's amazing musical career.
