GMG Interview Series – Julie Woodall

Even though Julie is one of the long-time members of GMG, there may be a few things we do not know about her. She has two degrees from UGA. One is in piano performance and the other is in music education. She has taught music in the public schools and privately. She is currently the organist and choir director for her church. Like many of us, Julie enjoys many styles of music: piano, classical, easy listening, Broadway, traditional church music, and hymns. She especially likes to listen to praise music because it feeds her soul. Julie has much more to tell about her favorite composers and a favorite story of one of her students. Julie has also requested advice on how to handle dogs who howl while you play. If you have any suggestions, please pass them on to Julie.
