Habits

I just finished reading "Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones" by James Clear. I noticed and asked about the book on my insurance agent's desk the other day when I stopped by to pay the premiums on my policies. He said that everyone in his office was reading it. I later ordered it for myself, skeptical at first but then pleasantly surprised. This is a really good evidence-based book with concepts that I have already begun to apply to my daily life including my music.
